3018 Pro received in good time. The item was well packed and the kit is comprehensive, even includes spiraband, tie wraps and a few spare fixings. Aluminium items cleanly cut, as was the phenolic parts. Injection moulded items (Z axis cradle and Y axis bearing blocks a bit poor but for the price acceptable. Assembled without issue. Biggest problem is USB memory stick has nothing on it. No software supplied. Had to hunt through YouTube guides to find suitable software, even after downloading from sellers link as this software didn’t like win10. The laser software was Chinese language. No English version. After some hours I have PC communicating and controlling CNC but the software issues let down a well presented product, hence 1 star down. Would I purchase again? Yes but I think I would opt for the 3018 Pro Max all aluminium version as it seems more robust. Only found Max version after order placed. May consider upgrading parts at a later date as I suspect moulded items won’t last.
